About this directory

Houston Bubble Tea (“we,” “us,” “the directory”) is a curated guide to bubble tea shops in the Greater Houston area. Listings are reviewed by people, not generated automatically. We aim to be accurate and useful, but shop details — hours, menus, addresses, phone numbers, and availability — change often and can be wrong. Always confirm important details directly with the shop before making a trip.

Using the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial discovery of bubble tea options. Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or resell the directory. External links on a listing take you to other websites we do not control; their content and policies are their own.

Submitting information

When you use our advertise, claim, contact, or submit-a-spot forms, you agree to give us accurate information and to have the right to share it. You can read what we collect and how we handle it in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting information does not create a listing, an obligation, or a contract. We are the only ones who decide whether and how to publish or update a listing, and we do so after human review. The confirmation reference we give you confirms receipt — not publication.

Paid placement, featured, and sponsored listings

Some listings carry a “Featured” or “Sponsored” label. A paid tier changes how a listing is presented — for example a badge on the listing and eligibility for homepage spotlight placement. It does not reorder search results, and free listings show the same contact details as paid ones. Wherever a paid placement appears on this site, we show a disclosure near it.

A paid tier does not change our editorial assessment of a shop. We do not rate, describe, or recommend a shop differently because it pays. We do not promise any shop a specific ranking position in exchange for payment beyond the visibility described at the placement.

Informational prices shown on the advertise page describe possible plans; submitting the claim form does not charge you or enroll you in anything. Payment processing is handled separately and only after explicit agreement.

Ownership verification is not an endorsement

When we mark that a listing is claimed or that ownership was verified, that means we checked that the person managing the listing is authorized to do so. It is nota statement about the shop's quality, hygiene, safety, or value. It does not mean the shop is better than an unclaimed shop. Do not treat “verified” or “claimed” as a quality rating.

Ratings and third-party data

Where we show a rating or review count, it comes from a third-party source (for example, Google). Those figures belong to that source, can change at any time, and may not reflect current conditions. A missing rating means we do not have one to show — not that a shop is bad.

No warranty

The directory is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that any listing, hour, price, rating, or amenity is correct, complete, or up to date. You use the site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, information in this directory, including outdated listings, incorrect hours, or third-party ratings.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
